Strengthening families. Uplifting communities.

Together we provide support, education and opportunities so every family can thrive.

Our Founder

Mrs Ijeoma Stella Amadi Stephen, popularly known as Bosslady, established the Citadel Family Foundation (CFF) out of a deep conviction that every family deserves stability, dignity, and hope. Her compassion for the vulnerable — particularly widows, orphans, and prisoners — inspired her to create a platform where practical help meets genuine care.

Through her leadership, CFF has become a voice for families in need, providing food support, educational assistance, skills development, and emotional counselling. The foundation’s outreach programmes extend to prisons, orphanages, and disadvantaged communities, bringing not just relief but lasting transformation.

Bosslady continues to lead with humility, faith, and integrity — reminding all who serve within CFF that small acts of kindness, done with great love, can rebuild lives and strengthen generations.

“We are not just meeting needs — we are restoring hope, one family at a time.”
